Siya Healing Spa
Appointment & Booking Policy
• Appointments are strongly recommended to ensure therapist availability.
• Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
• Clients must provide a valid phone number and/or email to confirm bookings.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.
Late Arrival Policy
• Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time to avoid affecting the next client.
• The full service fee will still apply even if your session is shortened due to late arrival.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may be subject to a 50% service charge.
• No-shows may be charged 100% of the service fee.
• Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Payment Policy
• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Zelle, and Gift Cards (where applicable).
• Prices do not include tax unless stated.
• Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.
Refund & Service Policy
• Massage and spa services are non-refundable once rendered.
• If you are dissatisfied, please notify the front desk immediately so we can address the issue during the same visit.
Health & Safety Policy
• Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, or health concerns before the session.
• Siya Healing Spa is not responsible for undisclosed medical conditions.
• If you are feeling unwell, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment.
Hygiene & Etiquette Policy
• Please shower and practice good hygiene prior to your appointment.
• Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
• Respectful communication between guests and staff is required at all times.
Minors Policy
• Clients under 18 must have parental consent.
• Certain treatments may be restricted for minors based on therapist discretion.
Personal Items Policy
• Siya Healing Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Please keep valuables with you at all times.
Right to Refuse Service
Siya Healing Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:
• Violates spa policies
• Displays inappropriate behavior
• Appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Poses a safety risk to staff or other guests
